FTPL REFUND POLICY
Player Refunds
If a player who has paid their fee withdraws prior to the season’s start date, FTPL will refund the player’s registration fee paid, minus an administrative fee of $5 per team in which the player participates. The player, or the player’s captain, must notify the League Coordinator of the withdrawal for the player to receive the refund.
If a player withdraws at any time after the start date of the season, the registration fee paid will not be refunded.
Unusual Circumstance Refunds
If play is canceled due to circumstances beyond FTPL’s control prior to the start of the season, FTPL will refund the players’ registration fee paid, minus administrative fees and a $5 fee per team on which the player participates.
If play is canceled due to circumstances beyond FTPL’s control after the season is underway, FTPL will refund 50% of the players’ registration fees paid.
If the season is more than 50% over, no refund will be granted.
Team Refunds/Withdrawals
A team has three days after team registration closes to withdraw and receive a refund for their players. Any team withdrawals after that, players will NOT receive a refund.
